Privacy Policy

What data we receive

• Order data: product, denomination, amount, the game account details you entered (player ID, server, tag or login), the account nickname, order time and status.
• Contacts: your email address if you provide it at checkout, and your Telegram data (ID and username) if you sign in through our bot.
• Support requests: messages you send to the support bot and your order number if you mention it.
• Technical visit data: IP address and the country and city derived from it, browser, device and operating system type, language, screen size, referring page, campaign tags (utm), pages viewed, clicks and time on site.

Why we use it

• To fulfil your order: credit the game currency or subscription to the account you specified and show you the status.
• To show the account nickname before payment, so you can make sure the details are correct.
• To let you sign in to your account and see your purchase history.
• To answer support requests and resolve order disputes.
• To protect buyers and the service from fraud and abuse.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it. We use our own counter for this: visit data stays on our servers and is not shared with third-party advertising or analytics systems.

Who we share data with

Only with those we need to fulfil an order, and only as much as needed:

• Payment partners — to accept payment. Payment happens on their side; your bank card details never reach us. The order amount and the buyer's IP address are passed to the partner to verify the payment.
• Fulfilment partners — the game account details needed to credit the purchase.
• Nickname lookup services — player ID and server, to show the nickname before payment.
• Public authorities — only where the law explicitly requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are set only by our own visit counter. You can decline them in the banner on your first visit or on the Cookies page, and the counter will switch off. The full list is on the Cookies page.

How long we keep data

We keep order data as long as it is needed to fulfil the order, handle requests and meet accounting requirements. Visit data is kept no longer than needed for statistics. The counter cookie lasts up to a year, after which the browser deletes it.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to its processing. Write to support and we will handle the request. Data of an order that is still being fulfilled or disputed can be deleted once it is closed.

Security

The site works only over a secure connection (HTTPS), and data is accessible only to staff who need it for their work. We never ask for your game account password — anyone asking for it on our behalf is a scammer.

Changes to this policy

If we change what data we collect or who we share it with, we will update this text and the revision date at the top of the page.
